HR-Dynamics.com Privacy Policy

The HR Dynamics, Inc. (“HRD”) web site offers a variety of valuable tools and information to provide assistance with employment, behavioral health, family services, educational, career development, rehabilitation, residential, developmental disabilities, vocational skills training, home care, economic development, research and development and corporate service programs. Because the success of the web site depends on building and maintaining goodwill with the persons who visit the site, HRD is committed to implementing measures designed to protect the privacy of our visitors.

We take seriously the issue of safeguarding your privacy online. We exercise great care to ensure that the personally identifiable information you may provide to us is kept confidential. Personally identifiable information that you transmit to us is not encrypted during transmission; however, HRD restricts access to this type of information to employees who need access to the information in order to do their jobs. These employees are very limited in number, and are made aware of and are committed to our privacy and security policies.

HRD respects the privacy of all those who visit and use our web site; however, HRD does also collect information from such subscribers and visitors. This Privacy Policy governs your interaction with the HRD web site, and your registration for and use of HRD tools. We do not collect personally identifiable information about our visitors that is not voluntarily given to us, and do not release such information about our visitors to third parties – other than as required by law – without their permission.

HRD reviews its privacy practices from time to time, and those practices are therefore subject to change. The date appearing on the top of this Privacy Policy will indicate the last date on which changes were made. We ask that you periodically review this page to ensure continuing familiarity with the most current version of our Privacy Policy.

• The information we gather
The HRD web site gathers two types of information about users:

1. Non-personally identifiable information:
When visitors come to our web site, we collect and aggregate information indicating, among other things, which pages were visited, the order in which they were visited, and how often they were visited. Collecting such information involves the logging of IP addresses and the operating system and browser software used by each visitor to the HRD web site. Although such information is not personally identifiable, we can determine from the IP address a visitor’s Internet Service Provider and the approximate geographic location of his or her point of connectivity.

The non-personally identifiable information we collect helps us identify the most popular areas of our web site and determine the effectiveness of promotional and other activities in which we may engage. This is the extent to which non-personally identifiable information is available to us. We do not, for example, place “cookies” – that is, small text files containing information about the visitors to a web site – on the hard drives of visitors to our web site who do not furnish us with personally identifiable information.

2. Personally identifiable information:
In certain areas of the site, we request that you provide us with certain personally identifiable information (including, for example, name, street address, phone number and e-mail address). You will not need to furnish us with any of this information to visit our web site, but we do require this information of those visitors who wish to receive information about HRD’ products and services.

• How we use (and do not use) the information we gather

1. How we use (and do not use) non-personally identifiable information:
We may use non-personally identifiable information in aggregate form to build higher quality, more useful online services by, for example, performing statistical analyses of the collective characteristics and behavior of our visitors, and by measuring demographics and interests regarding specific areas of the HRD web site.

2. How we use (and do not use) personally identifiable information:
Personally identifiable information will be collected in certain areas of the web site. HRD may use such personally identifiable information about those visitors who have furnished information to provide such visitors with updates and other information including information relating to HRD’ products and services. Such personally identifiable information will also be used to respond to requests for information. We do not share personally identifiable information, nor do we disclose any such information to third parties other than the HRD members, unless specifically authorized by the visitor to do so or if we are required to do so by law. After providing us with personally identifiable information through such areas of the web site, you may “opt out” of or “unsubscribe” from receiving further information from us at any time by contacting us at unsubscribe@hr-dynamics.com.

We reserve the right to release information contained within our access logs concerning any visitor when that visitor is in violation of our Terms of Use or other published guidelines, or partakes (or is reasonably suspected of partaking) in any illegal activity, as required by law, court order, or as requested by other government or law enforcement authority. We will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who may be using our servers or services for illegal activities. We also reserve the right to report any suspected illegal activity to law enforcement for investigation or prosecution.

• Third-party web sites
The HRD web site may contain links to other Internet web sites, including co-branded or other affiliated sites, or may be linked to other Internet web sites, which may or may not be owned or operated by HRD. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites, including such sites’ use of any information (such as IP number, browser type, or operating system) collected when visitors to the HRD web site click through links to those sites or link to the HRD web site through those other sites. This Privacy Policy only addresses HRD use and disclosure of the information HRD collects from you. To the extent you disclose your personal information on other web sites, even those to which you have linked through the HRD site, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of that information to third parties. HRD does not control the privacy practices of those sites. We therefore strongly encourage you to familiarize yourself with the privacy practices and customs of any web site controlled by a third party before disclosing your personal information on that site.

• Deleting and Deactivating personal information
If, once you have provided us with personally identifiable information, you would like to have your personally identifiable information removed from the HRD’s database, please contact us at unsubscribe@hr-dynamics.com and we will use reasonable efforts to comply with your request. Keep in mind, however, that there will be residual information that will remain within the HRD’s databases, access logs, and other records, which may or may not contain such personally identifiable information. The residual information will not be used for commercial purposes.
