HR Dynamics has been a leader in the consulting, outsourcing and staffing fields since 1997, providing our clients with the finest services and solutions in all functional areas. The HR Dynamics Consulting Solutions Team is comprised of a seasoned staff with experience in a diverse range of industries and covering the broad spectrum of HR functional areas. The HRD Staffing Services Team is made up of highly experienced directors, recruiters and support staff focusing on high quality recruitment, placement and workforce services and solutions to its clients across all sectors.
The firm is led by the President and Managing Director who oversees consulting engagements, staffing services and manages client relationships. We have over thirty professional and administrative support staff headed by directors in each practice area.
Sam Husney, MBA – President and Managing Director
Sam has held leadership roles in human resources management for over thirty years in such fields as health care, retail, human services and higher education. He has been the chief human resources management executive for organizations which varied in size from 500 to 4000 staff, where he was responsible for the delivery of a complete range of human resources services. Sam holds an MBA in Management.
HR Dynamics Consulting Solutions
Elissa DiSanti, MPA – Director of Employee/Labor Relations and Training Practice
Elissa has held leadership roles in human resources management for over twenty years in the health care and human services environment. She was the chief human resources executive for a New York City medical center and also for a major skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. She was responsible for managing the full range of human resources services for these organizations. Elissa has a Masters Degree in Public Administration.
Christine Nickelson, MBA, SPHR – Director of Compensation and HRIS Practice
Christine has over twenty years experience in compensation design, job evaluation, merit and incentive pay plans, performance appraisal systems and computerized human resources information systems. She has particularly strong quantitative analysis skills. Christine has a BA in Mathematics and a MBA from Fordham. She is a Certified Compensation Professional and possesses an SPHR from the Society of Human Resources Management.
Lori Roman – Director of Benefits Practice
Lori has over twenty years of experience in human resources management. Lori’s areas of expertise include the administration of health, dental and retirement plans, flexible spending accounts, pre-tax transit plans, COBRA, life, disability and workers’ compensation insurance and FMLA and non-FMLA leave management. Lori has a solid working knowledge of human resources information systems and has assisted clients in converting to electronic enrollment and on-line Open Enrollment systems. A graduate of Queens College, Lori also holds an HR Generalist Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management and is a New York licensed broker in life, accident, and health insurance.

Renée Manning, Director of Staffing Solutions and Business Development
Renée’s responsibilities include staffing program design and delivery as well as client relations. She brings over fifteen years of temporary and permanent staffing experience to HR Dynamics and has held various management roles with two staffing industry leaders. Her clients have included Fortune 500 companies, professional service firms, manufacturers, investment banks, and healthcare facilities among others. Renée has implemented and managed a broad range of temporary and permanent workforce solutions across all occupational categories. Renee has a BS degree in Business Administration.
Sue Boyle, Director of Recruitment and Staffing
Sue specializes in high-volume recruitment and permanent placement of health care and human services staff in the not-for-profit sector. She provides consultation services to clients on cost effective and productive recruitment strategies for professional and administrative staff. Prior to entering human resources, Sue had a successful career in advertising account management and direct marketing. She has a BA degree in Public Communications and Sociology from Syracuse University.
