The firm is led by the President and Managing Director who oversees consulting engagements, staffing services and manages client relationships.
Sam Husney, MBA – President and Managing Director
Sam has held leadership roles in human resources management for over thirty years in such fields as health care, retail, human services and higher education. He has been the chief human resources management executive for organizations which varied in size from 500 to 4000 staff, where he was responsible for the delivery of a complete range of human resources services. Sam holds an MBA in Management.

Elliot Weinstein, MBA, SPHR – Vice President of Human Resources
A graduate of Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations and New York University’s Leonard Stern School of Business, Elliot has more than 25 years of Human Resources experience, and has worked in virtually every HR specialty. He has led teams in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations as well as full-service HR departments supporting organizations from 75-3000 employees. Elliot has worked in the HR Outsourcing, Manager Care, Financial Services, Retail, and Software Development industries and has managed consulting assignments for a wide variety of entities. He currently serves as the HR leader for FEGS Health and Human Services, one of the largest not-for-profit health and human services organizations in the United States.
Aaron Kranich, Esq. – Director of Employee/Labor Relations Practice
Aaron has several years of experience in employee and labor relations where he represented city agencies and municipal/private corporations in arbitration hearings, improper practice proceedings and provided ongoing advice to managers on the proper interpretation of various employment laws affecting the workplace. Aaron holds a Law Degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School.
Lori Roman – Director of Benefits Practice
Lori has over twenty years of experience in human resources management. Lori’s areas of expertise include the administration of health, dental and retirement plans, flexible spending accounts, pre-tax transit plans, COBRA, life, disability and workers’ compensation insurance and FMLA and non-FMLA leave management. Lori has a solid working knowledge of human resources information systems and has assisted clients in converting to electronic enrollment and on-line Open Enrollment systems. A graduate of Queens College, Lori also holds an HR Generalist Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management and is a New York licensed broker in life, accident, and health insurance.
Christopher Composto – Director of Learning & Talent Development Practice
Chris has over twenty years experience in training and development including E-Learning. He is an accomplished professional in curriculum design and training with a specialization creating and delivering effective electronic-learning instruction. He holds a MS from the University of Rochester.
